Candidates

Here at malcolm hughes construction personnel ltd we operate and maintain a database of candidates, some entries are put on today as we receive new applications from applicants and some are old timers we knew from the past and who have dealt with us before.

Every CV we receive is read and coded by one of our senior consultants and the candidates details are entered on the computer files. This coded system allows us to enter and search the database on multiple criteria such as qualifications, experience, location, etc.

The first step is to get a cv to us so we can enter you on our system and this applies to both permanent and freelance positions.

If your preference is permanent employment it is extremely helpful if you can include an indication of your salary expectations for a new position.

Should you be seeking freelance positions please indicate your prefered working area and how far you would be prepared to travel.
