Contract Staff

Although commonly used to fill in when you may have permanent staff on holiday or off sick , Specialist Contract Staff may also to be used to compliment your own construction team to help meet targets and program deadlines. There may also be times that your organisation might not have the individual with the relevant experience available to fulfil the job in hand.

Our rates for contract staff are competitive and can be tailored to suit individual needs. The usual method is based on hours worked where an hourly rate is agreed prior to commencement and a timesheet is signed weekly by your company representative. The rate quoted is fully inclusive of travel etc unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If this is not your preferred way of working we can agree daily, weekly or even monthly fee’s based on a fixed number of hours allowing you to fix your staff costs on individual contracts. Permanent Recruitment

Our specialist tailored service allows you “the client” to control and decide how much input you wish us “the consultancy” to have. From simple searches and supplying of CV’s to a complete package of recruiting the member of staff you require. Our fee’s start at 10% of the first year’s basic salary.
